Nothing to fix, nothing to redo.
Yup, this is the point.

yes, you can build for almost that same price....depending on the size. and with your Handy-Mr. W, you can savea lot of money by doing some of it yourself (decks, basement, garage, etc).
if you build, you get everything you want, brand new. and you can go low maintenance too. we designed our house to be virtually maintenance free- i don't want H or I to be doing housework when we could be fishing, running, hanging out with Sneaky-P, etc....
